as mentioned,
its my company's "ACTIVE DAY" today.
was given a towel & thermometer for that.

i must really say their management and welfare is superb,
as every know govt job is very work-life balance.

this statment is honestly true, have to agree to it.

active day means everyone have to get active,
and theres so much activities offered.

yoga, dancing, abseiling from 5th level, morning walk, kick boxing, taiji.
and even talks on headaches etc.

so i went for this for my active day 1. . .
yes, there's 2days of it. :P
