ANGER MANAGEMENT?!
came across this picture from facebook, kinda cute right!
angry bird is really damn popular now, it's everywhere!
this picture actually made me think of how i usually handle my own "anger" !
1) Blogging.
It does help i guess :) like writing everything out and reading it over again in a more structure way.
That's because when i am angry, i am not that rational or thinking properly.
Its better to read through it and think over, like seeing things in big picture hmm.
2) Voicing it out to Tan ZY.
It's always good to have a lending ear right, and that third party should then analysis it for you in a more fair view. *Most efficient!
That's this saying: Bystander see thing clearer. *Totally agree!
3) Shopping or Pampering myself.
Gonna wash away the anger by making myself feel good, like doing/buying things you like. Will prefer a spa/massage ! :P
4) Sleeping.
More of running away from it but perhaps this is one of the most common methods?!
5) Convincing myself that i will have good karma by forgiving.
Usually hard ! but try, if you can convince then it's good !
You know life is worth the struggle when you look back on what you lost and realize what you have now is way better than before.
