i shall include this short introduction :
fr3b is a online sampling platform/portal, which have recently opened their first concept stores near cityhall mrt on 1st august 2009 *rest of the entry will tell you more on the store.
Basically, what they are selling is the "try-before-you-buy-concept".
They have more than 120 brands of sample including loreal, maybelline as well as mens' products like neutrogeno and so on.
Need not be afraid on the pricing of the products anymore and reduce the hassle of getting the wrong product cause with Fr3b.com you can always have a try before buying.

before that, let me tell you how the "ONLINE-MEMBER" works like :
being an online member is completely FOC, also entitle you to take the sample - limit to 4 sample per day and point will be given for the review.
the only cost will only be the delivery fee which is range like $1.80.
they also have the refer and reward scheme which is totally awesome . . .
interested ? tempted? agreed with me that this is a really worth trying new idea.

firstly, the store is conveniently located at near cityhall mrt (5min walk or lesser). So you need not worry about the hassle of travelling there.

side note on their working hours:
Mon: Closed
Tue - Sat: 11am to 7pm
Sun: 11am to 3pm
& you can contact them at all this numbers/emails =D
Benefits that is different from online user.
- Online user can only redeem 4 sample each day while per visit to the store you can get 8 sample, twice the quantity. (again, its FOC)
- Save on the delivery fee which adds on to a bigger amount each and every time.
- Some sample is only available in store.
- eventhough u pay, you get it back indirectly because you get . . .
inside this bag was all the indirectly $28 trade-off, worth even more than that.
